In a controversial announcement, Mislav Kolakušić, a Croatian representative in the European Parliament, has denounced the World Health Organization (WHO) as a terrorist entity.

This proclamation was made during a press conference.

The fundamental objection Kolakušić raised was against a proposed agreement by the WHO, whereby nations would surrender the authority to declare pandemics, as well as the procurement of vaccines and medications, solely to the agency.

The Croatian representative expressed his apprehensions regarding this proposal, stating that the WHO “wants all countries to sign an agreement on handing over the authority to declare a pandemic, procure vaccines, and drugs.”

The MEP even went as far as comparing the global health body’s proposal unfavorably to a theoretical deal with the Colombian drug cartel, suggesting that such a cartel would at least possess concrete knowledge about drugs.

“It will be healthier and safer for humanity to sign an agreement with the Colombian drug cartel. They know all about drugs for sure,” he quipped.

Kolakušić charged the WHO with a campaign of misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic, referring to the organization’s Chinese backing.

He accused the organization of propagating falsehoods about the nature of the virus, the efficiency of vaccines, and their ability to shield against severe illness and fatality.

“During the COVID pandemic, World Health Organization only told lies. It should be declared a terroristic organization. They lied. That there is a new and unknown virus, that it is possible to make an effective vaccine, that the vaccine is 82% effective, that it protects against serious illness and deaths. That all of course were foolish and lies,” he said.

In a Monday tweet, Kolakušić wrote: “The World Health Organization should be declared a terrorist organization because of the damage it has caused and the lies it has spread. Today, it would be safer to sign contracts with the Colombian drug cartels than with the WHO.”

Dr. Richard Bartlett, who gained widespread recognition in April 2020 for being the first physician to discover and create a treatment protocol for both early and late stages of COVID-19 using inhaled Budesonide, commented on the MEP’s statements.

He asked whether a foreign power like the WHO, with questionable actions and leadership decisions, should have the authority to dictate healthcare decisions that conflict with individuals’ doctor’s treatment plans and potentially infringe upon U.S. Constitutional rights and healthcare rights.

“Australia had COVID concentration camps. The Chinese Communist Party (CCP) welded apartment doors shut to isolate people. The WHO did not condemn these atrocities,” Dr. Bartlett told American Faith.

“The CCP government has been elected to the WHO executive committee. The WHO Director, Tedros, was told by a majority of expert advisers that monkeypox was not a global crisis, yet he declared it as such anyway,” he added. “Tedros is not an American elected by the American people.”

“Should the WHO dictate your child’s healthcare from afar, even though it conflicts with your pediatrician’s treatment plan?” Bartlett, the Medical Director of Permian Basin CPR, asked. “Should a foreign power be the law of the land? Should your US Constitutional rights and healthcare rights be canceled?”

In February, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) introduced the ‘No WHO Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Without Senate Approval Act,’ legislation requiring any convention or agreement resulting from the work of the WHO’s intergovernmental negotiating body to be deemed a treaty.

The act also requires the advice and consent of a supermajority of the Senate.

The WHO is moving forward with its pandemic treaty process and the drafting will begin on Feb 27, continuing into 2024.

Johnson believes the Biden Administration’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic has “failed” and that the WHO’s work amid the crisis represents “mismanagement.”

“Americans remain skeptical of continuing infringements on personal liberties and freedoms,” Johnson’s press release on the matter reads. “The legislation would provide more transparency in WHO agreements and a constitutional check on the administration.”

The Wisconsin senator went on to say that such failure “should not be rewarded with a new international treaty that would increase the WHO’s power at the expense of American sovereignty.”

“I’m proud to reintroduce this legislation to hold the WHO accountable for their failures and increase transparency for the American people,” he went on to say. “The sovereignty of the United States is not negotiable.”

Johnson told American Faith at the time that early in the pandemic, “it became obvious that the WHO was being unduly influenced by China,” calling out the global body’s relationship with one of America’s top adversaries.

“Any agreement that the Biden Administration reaches with the WHO should be deemed a treaty and come before the Senate for ratification,” the senator added. “That process remains the best safeguard of U.S. sovereignty—which should never be surrendered.”
