The discovery of traces of synthetic mRNA from Covid injections in breastmilk has some people worried. Are we reliving the thalidomide scandal?

A research letter recently published in JAMA Pediatrics revealed that the mRNA gene therapy shots goes into the breast milk. The researchers gave a warning for breastfeeding mothers.

They noted: “However, caution is warranted about breastfeeding children younger than 6 months in the first 48 hours after maternal vaccination until more safety studies are conducted. In addition, the potential interference of Covid-19 vaccine mRNA with the immune response to multiple routine vaccines given to infants during the first 6 months of age needs to be considered. It is critical that lactating individuals be included in future vaccination trials to better evaluate the effect of mRNA vaccines on lactation outcomes.” [1]

The Australian Government has falsely claimed that the mRNA gene therapy shots are safe for pregnant and lactating women. This claim is impossible to make without long-term data on child development. It took many years for people to figure out that thalidomide was causing women to give birth to deformed children. Then in 2018, scientists uncovered the biochemical mechanism behind what happened.

The Dana-Farber Cancer Institute explained the story in a press release:

“More than 60 years after the drug thalidomide caused birth defects in thousands of children whose mothers took the drug while pregnant, scientists at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute have solved a mystery that has lingered ever since the dangers of the drug first became apparent: how did the drug produce such severe fetal harm?

The answer, published online today by the journal Elife, not only helps resolve an issue that has been the subject of scientific curiosity for two generations, but will be critical as pharmaceutical companies develop a promising new generation of anticancer drugs that share a basic chemical architecture with thalidomide, the study authors say.

Building on years of previous research, the researchers found that thalidomide acts by promoting the degradation of an unexpectedly wide range of transcription factors—cell proteins that help switch genes on or off—including one called SALL4. The result is the complete removal of SALL4 from cells.

The degradation of SALL4 interferes with limb development and other aspects of foetal growth. The result is the spectrum of complications indelibly linked to thalidomide: the deformed limbs and defective organs in children whose mothers took thalidomide during pregnancy as a treatment for morning sickness.

Support for these findings came from reports in medical literature. Individuals who carry a mutation in the gene for SALL4 are often born with missing thumbs, underdeveloped limbs, eye and ear defects, and congenital heart disease—problems which mirror those in children exposed to thalidomide in the womb.

“The similarities between the birth defects associated with thalidomide and those in people with a mutated SALL4 gene are striking,” says the new study’s senior author, Eric Fischer, PhD, of Dana-Farber. “They make the case even more strongly that disruption of SALL4 is at the root of the devastation produced by thalidomide in the 1950s.”

The findings are apt to mark an important inflection point in the history of thalidomide, a drug more infamous than famous. Marketed and sold extensively in Europe, Australia, and some South American countries—though never approved in the United States—as a treatment for pregnancy-related morning sickness, it became a source of anguish when it became clear that it was responsible for birth defects in more than 10,000 children and an unknown number of miscarriages. The medical community was slow to discover the danger of thalidomide because the drug gave rise to birth defects only when taken between the fourth and eighth weeks of pregnancy.  It was officially banned in 1961.”

Early Signals of Harm

We are already seeing early signals of harms for babies being reported in various countries. Real-time Magazine recently published a disturbing report regarding the adverse effects for the babies of Covid-drugged mothers. [2]

Their report noted:

  • Despite the lack of clinical studies, and even animal safety studies, health authorities did not hesitate to give the green light to the administration of Pfizer’s and Moderna’s mRNA vaccines to pregnant and lactating women a few weeks after they themselves stated that they did not have such studies. In Israel, the MOH even made a U-turn in a record time of four days, when already on December 20 a recommendation was issued for pregnant and lactating women to get vaccinated. Nevertheless, the issue of vaccine safety for breastfed infants is hardly discussed.

  • An analysis conducted by the Real-Time Magazine team reveals that at least 648 cases of side effects in infants vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccines—most of them with the mRNA vaccines, including deaths and life-threatening side effects, have been reported to the US VAERS system.

  • The most common serious events were life-threatening bleeding; anticholinergic syndrome; Liver problems; anaphylactic shock; neuroleptic syndrome; neurological side-effects such as convulsions or encephalitis; and Hypoglycemia. In most of the reported cases, several life-threatening side effects were recorded in the same baby.

What Can Mothers Do?

The best thing a mother can do is not to receive any further Covid injections, if they are planning to continue to breastfeed their child. It is a personal decision whether a mother should breastfeed or not, if she has received the Covid injections. If the baby is showing any signs of harm, such as delayed development or any neurological/heart issues, then it is time to re-evaluate whether the breastmilk is safe for the baby or not. Governments around the world, including the Australian Government have consistently lied and gaslighted women around the safety of the Covid injections. They cannot be trusted with a child’s life.
