China’s President Xi Jinping, who Hunter called “No. 1,” personally approved meetings between VP Joe Biden and CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming, according to the 630-page report sent to U.S. Congress.

After a 13-month investigation into Hunter Biden’s Laptop, Marco Polo, a nonprofit led by a former President Donald Trump staffer, released a 630-page report yesterday with 2,020 citations that fully document 459 crimes committed by the Biden family and their business associates.

The detailed report, which was sent to District Attorneys, U.S. Attorneys, and all 535 members of the House and the Senate, includes 140 alleged business-related crimes, 191 sex-related offenses, and 128 drug-related crimes.

The group’s founder Garrett Ziegler told The Sun:

“Our number one goal is to ensure that Republicans don’t waste time.”

“The investigation has been done.”

“This report is a simple but extremely thorough roadmap for who needs to be subpoenaed for which timeframes and for what types of crimes.”

“All we’re seeking is the equal application of the law.”

“So far, this saga has been one of the greatest examples of double standards in American legal history.”

Ziegler and his team use documents, emails, photographs, videos, text messages, calendar items, phone records, voice notes, financial reports, and more found on the Biden Laptop to diligently detail the Bidens’ foreign collusion and money laundering operation.

Marco Polo’s report also reveals that China’s President Xi Jinping played a personal role in “approving meetings” of the Biden family’s joint venture with CEFC China Energy Company Limited (CEFC Energy).

“Prospective meetings between YE and Joe were to be approved by XI Jinping himself, who they called the “No. 1,” and the daily operations were overseen by ZANG Jianjun,” the report says.

On pg. 117, the report reads:

“Perhaps more incredible than Joe’s involvement in the planned joint venture was XI Jinping’s covert oversight of the deal.

On two separate occasions, both GILLIAR and Hunter alluded to XI’s role in both approving meetings and ownership shares.

GILLIAR told Bobulinski: “As I know chairman [YE] will come to meet VP [Joe] if he gets approval from no 1 [XI], [but] I think otherwise he wouldn’t[.]”

The following day, Bobulinski expressed concerns about the Bidens’ ability to overrule him on corporate decisions, to which Hunter shot back with fervor:

“TONY that is what Zhang [sic] implied – they are both [ZANG and YE] coming to be MY partner [—] to be partners with the Bidens. He [ZANG] has implied that the #1 [XI] has made that clear and available to him.”

Along with a party to the messages confirming to Marco Polo that the multiple allusions were to XI himself, other direct references (such as Hunter referring to Joe as “my Chairman” and GILLIAR warning Bobulinski to “not mention Joe being involved” except when “face to face” because the Bidens were “paranoid”) are more than enough to refute GILLIAR’s bald-faced lies to the Wall Street Journal that Joe was not involved.”

Report Exhibit: Text messages from Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, who confirmed to Marco Polo that the reference to “no 1” in the text message on the left refers to Xi Jinping. In other words, CEFC Chairman Ye Jianming would only meet Vice President Joe Biden if he first got approval from China’s President Xi Jinping.

Report Exhibit: When Bobulinski expressed concern about the Bidens’ ability to overrule him on corporate decisions, Hunter let Bobulinski know that CEFC’s YE Jianming and ZANG Jianjun were in business “to be partners with the Bidens” and that “the #1 (Xi Jinping) has made that clear…”

Report Exhibit: The core players in the CEFC partnership are above. In early 2015, Hunter and his partners began setting up a deal with CEFC Energy, whose founder, YE Jianming, was the former deputy secretary-general of a branch of a CCP-funded organization known as the China Association for International Friendly Contact (CAIFC). According to a U.S. government commission report, CAIFC is a “front organization” that “performs dual roles of intelligence collection and conducting propaganda and perception management campaigns.”

Founded in 2002, CEFC Energy was China’s largest private oil and gas company, with more than $41 billion in revenue and nearly 50,000 employees in 2017 when Hunter Biden began working with the company.

The Chinese energy conglomerate was a behemoth, spanning the globe and acting as China’s “private” sector arm of Xi Jinping’s One Belt One Road.”

The initiative is the Chinese Communist Party’s ambitious global economic development strategy to invest in nearly 70 countries.

Marco Polo’s report details how the Biden family split up ownership shares of the CEFC Energy deal between Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, and Joe Biden.

On pg. 116, the report reads:

“Just two days after YE’s meeting with the Rothschilds, GILLIAR—who was a key spoke in the CCP’s wheel of “elite capture” in the Czech Republic—sent an email to Bobulinski (with Walker and Hunter ccd) about the group’s expected “renumeration [sic] packages.”

Hunter was to receive an $850,000 salary and 10% of the holding company’s shares for Joe, who GILLIAR called “the big guy.”

In response, Hunter said that he “need[ed] a hell of a lot more” than $850k. Importantly, there were other references to Joe as the “the big guy” on the Biden Laptop, along with Bobulinski’s confirmation.”

Report Exhibit: There are many references to Joe Biden as “the big guy” on the Biden Laptop, and Tony Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, has confirmed that “10 held by H for the big guy” also refers to Joe Biden.

Marco Polo uses exhibits to document numerous examples of Hunter Biden, Jim Biden, and their business partners violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA).

The FARA requires those acting as agents for a “foreign principal” to register with the DOJ.

The central purpose of FARA is to identify foreign influence in the United States and address threats to national security.

“Hunter and his business partners flagrantly violated this law for nearly a decade,” the report says.

“Hunter allegedly illegally lobbied for individuals from China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Mexico, and Serbia under the Foreign Agents Registration Act,” The Sun reported.

Some of the other crimes Hunter allegedly committed are tax fraud, falsifying business documents, prostitution, non-consensual pornography, and distribution of narcotics, among others.

“The dossier also alleges that Hunter laundered money after being paid $1m for illegally representing a man he described as “the f*****g spy chief of China” by sending the money to a shell company and to his uncle Jimmy,” The Sun noted.

“Perhaps most egregious of all, the Marco Polo report appears to include evidence of how Hunter, 52, President Joe Biden, 79, and his brother Jimmy, 73, allegedly profited to the tune of $6.8m by offering to become the US frontmen for China’s Belt and Road Initiative.”

“Previously known as One Belt One Road, the strategy is widely seen as Chinese leader Xi Jinping’s bid for global domination.”
