HELP DOCTORS CHALLENGE QUEENSLAND’S COVID-19 VACCINE MANDATES
A group of specialist doctors and GPs have become the first medical practitioners in Queensland to launch a legal challenge to the Chief Health Officer’s Covid-19 vaccination mandate.
The 11 doctors will ask a judge to reverse the direction requiring them to be fully vaccinated to work in hospitals and other healthcare settings.

Dr Luke McLindon MBBS FRACGP FRANZCOG. Graduated from Medicine at the University of QLD, 1997. A rural GP for 10 years, then undertook specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, before doing an Advanced Surgical Fellowship. More recently subspecialising in advanced laparoscopic surgery for complicated endometriosis and fertility restoring surgery. Until recently he lead the Fertility Services unit and was co-Lead of the Advanced Laparoscopic Gynaecology surgical service at Mater Health in Brisbane. The Principal Investigator for a series of randomised controlled clinical trials for infertility and recurrent miscarriages that just finished recruiting during 2021. Is the Principal Investigator for the first randomised clinical trial in Australia using Ivermectin in acute COVID since it’s restriction in Sep 2021.
Dr Andrew McIntyre – Andrew is a Consultant Gastroenterologist who graduated from Queensland University in 1983 and Trained at Princess Alexandra Hospital and Woden Valley Hospital. He has worked as a Gastroenterologist on the Sunshine Coast since 1991 up until December last year when he was mandated out. He is the owner of a busy registered Day Surgery which he is now not allowed to enter. He also established Medical-Objects, a health IT company serving over 90,000 health care professionals in Australia and has an active interest in regenerative agriculture, which has been keeping him busy since December.
