A court in Florence, Italy, has ruled to suspend a measure of the Order of the Tuscan Psychologists that prohibited a psychologist from working due to being unvaccinated against SARS‑CoV‑2. Meaning that the psychologist can start working again without having to take any vaccine against SARS‑CoV‑2.
The Order of the Tuscan Psychologists stopped the psychologist from working on the 19hf of October, 2021. That measure was revoked on the 6th of July, 2022, by civil judge Susanna Zanda.
The verdict stated that suspension from working as a psychologist in part because the spread of SARS‑CoV‑2, formation or multiple new virus varians, numerical prevalence of infections and deaths took place in people having been vaccinated with three doses.
The verdict further states that the measure taken the Order of the Tuscan Psychologists violates several constitutional individual rights.
Interestingly the verdict also describes the vaccine as an experimental injection which can insert into vaccinated people’s DNA in a way that could be irreversible and with unknown effects.
Also written in the verdict: ”…that under the epidemiological profile the condition of the vaccinated subject is not different from the condition of the unvaccinated subject because both can become infected, develop the disease, and transmit the contagion”.
Another hearing is scheduled for 15th of September, 2022.
